  I went to this store to ask questions about transferring my four lines to t-mobile and this young lady helped me! Her name was Jen. She was very helpful. She told me the promotions they had. You guys need to hire more people like her! She very friendly and outgoing. Seems like she has a lot of experience! I have an appointment with her this upcoming week! I was grateful she helped me out.

  Stopped in to ask a quick question and found out it was Customer Appreciation Day! I've had T Mobile for over 10 yrs, they are always showing their customers love. Get service, Adrian was so helpful!!! Will definitely return to this location!

  I came about two weeks ago to switch my cell provider. I was greeted by Francisco, and he was the most professional, most helpful, and attentive sales representative I have ever dealt with. He took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. He explained everything perfectly and was very straight forward. I am more than happy with the customer service he provided. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I would recommend this store to everyone I know and I would recommend working with Francisco as well.
