Identified my valve stem, got me a replacement for a “competitive with Amazon” price. Saved me at least 2 days waiting for delivery (had my likely 40 plus y.o. piece of brass in stock) and the hassle of trying to figure out why the diverter stem I THOUGHT I needed wouldn't fit into what turned out to be a H/C fitting. Knowledgeable, friendly, and nice enough to not make me feel like an idiot. Great job!
